business rules. This data is then exported and linked with a Microsoft Excel
file which has cost and material details of these objects. This Microsoft Excel
file gives complete details of the costs and quantities of each individual
material (which are represented using AutoCAD objects like blocks, lines,
polylines in AutoCAD drawing) as well as a summarized report which has details
of costs and quantities of all materials represented by a single AutoCAD
drawing.

complaints against the services offered by the petrol pumps (gas stations) of
IOCL were reported to the petrol pump manager who escalated the same to higher
authorities. CMS automated the entire complaint management process of IOCL
without any manual interventions. CMS involves both, hardware and software
applications. CMS now traps complaints from customers via a telephone line and
interacts with customers using pre defined wave files and the telephone keys
which the customers press and finally saves data collected from customers in
Microsoft Access database. Various reports are generated from this database in
Microsoft Excel format.

defined special reports as well as on the fly dynamic reports (derived from
search results) using Crystal Reports.

Description: LPG Billing was developed for IOCL, a Fortune 500 Company. LPG
Billing completely automated the LPG purchase process of IOCL. LPG Billing has
modules for Products, Purchases, Vendors, Vendor Pricing, Vendor Track Record,
Vendor Black Listing, etc. All reports were generated in Microsoft Excel
format. LPG Billing also exported the data from Oracle in XML format which was
used by the Finance Department of IOCL for further integration with their
existing software system.

Sales, Vendor Quotation for different products, etc. MIS also supports multiple
currencies. MIS also generates various reports in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
Word format. General reports include details of all above mentioned master and
transaction tables and special reports include Invoice, Packing List, Purchase
Order, Shipping Notice and other reports required for export purpose.

collects supply and distribution data for different products of each region on
a daily basis and exports this data in a Microsoft Excel file. The head office
module imports data from these Microsoft Excel files from all 4 regional
offices into Microsoft SQL Server and generates various reports which give
nationwide and region wide supply and distribution details for different
products. All reports were generated in Microsoft Excel format.
